This traditional Breton house in the heart of Locquirec combines authentic charm with modern comfort, just steps from the harbour and the first sandy beach. A pretty terrace, framed by hydrangeas and agapanthus, sits quietly at the back of the house, perfect for summer meals outdoors. Inside, 120 m² of living space offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a spacious kitchen for preparing fresh fish from the harbour, a cozy living room with fireplace, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own stylish bathroom.

Locquirec is a charming seaside resort surrounded by no fewer than seven beaches, each with its own character. From the peninsula headland, you can admire panoramic views over the bay of Lannion and the western edge of the famous Côte de Granit Rose. The village itself offers shops, markets, and a laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and friends seeking a true taste of Brittany.

The location is perfect for exploring both Finistère and Côtes d’Armor. To the west lies the Bay of Morlaix with the picturesque harbour and spa town of Roscoff, while to the east stretches the dramatic Pink Granite Coast and the resort of Perros-Guirec.
