Der Standort der Ferienunterkunft in Locmariaquer ist bestens für Wanderungen über den „Sentier Cotier“ geeignet. Man ist sehr schnell fussläufig an Bootsanlegestellen und im malerischen Ortszentrum, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Finden und Einzug der Ferienwohnung waren von der Agentur Cocoonr sehr gut vorbereitet. Es gab allerdings keinen regulär zur Unterkunft gehörenden Parkplatz, was in der Nebensaison aber kein Problem darstellt.Die kleine Ferienwohnung war, ihrem Alter und Abnutzungszustand entsprechend, sauber und gut bewohnbar. Es findet sich fast alles in der Wohnküche, was man zum Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten benötigt. Allerdings sind alle Töpfe und Pfannen sehr-sehr abgenutzt.
