2PAU01- Beautiful house for 8 people with private pool located near the beach of Lloret de Mar

Nice house, located in Lloret de Mar. Only 1.5 km from the beach and the center of town, just 10km from Tossa de Mar, near all services. The 300m2 house is on two separate floors. Upstairs there is a spacious living room (TV, satellite) with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190cm) and another with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is another living room (TV), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and exit to the outside area. A double room with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is a private pool with terrace, bathroom and barbecue of work. A/C and heating optional. Extra price for using it 150€/week.

Die Kellerwohnung hatte einen Wasserschaden. Das Mobiliar müsste mal erneuert werden. Wir haben zwei Stühle zur Seite gestellt, da sie kaputt waren.Eigentlich eine tolles Haus..,aber so war es einfach Abzocke…

Villa was nog beter dan verwacht! We hebben een topverblijf gehad. Na 15-20 minuten lopen waren we op de strip en dit was prima. Het huis was lekker ruim dus goed voor 8 personen.

Villa très propre et très bien pour 8 personnes, environnement calme… et piscine au top, encore un peu fraiche en avril ! Barbecue bien apprécié tout comme les 4 salles de bains. Accès très pentu sur une colline. Manquent, toutefois, quelques couvertures ou couettes pour un séjour au printemps
