With stunning views of the Mediterranean, Torre Sant Genís in Llançà offers you breathtaking panoramas. Recently fully renovated, the property now features a much higher level of comfort and elegance in every room: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, saltwater pool, and décor. The current photos show the villa before renovation—what awaits you is even better than the images suggest.



Spread over two floors, the villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to ten guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A cot is also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, chill-out zone, and barbecue.



The property is just 200 meters from the beach. There is one parking space on the property and three more in the garage. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as energy-efficient lighting. The villa offers convenient self check-in.
