First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges).
There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by Expedia. The staff let me stay at the downtown location and said the payment I made through Expedia would pay for my stay.
The next morning, none of the locations had received my booking, so I had to pay at the desk and now I'm still working with Expedia to get a refund for the online booking.
Other than that, none of the locations have 24 hour electricity nor any air conditioning at all because of electrical load shedding instigated by the government.
The rooms don't have complimentary bottles of potable water and are in a state you can expect from a third world country.
The included breakfast is scary by Western standards.
Avoid this place unless you are looking for an adventure into the unenviable aspects of Africa.
