Room was small but fine for me and my son. Big iron burn on the carpet though! And the bathroom could do with a clean. Our room wasn't serviced after our first day so had no tea/milks etc for our second morning but that's ok

Not a great experience.Very noisy room. Windows need updating as cold draft and traffic noise comes straight in.Doors are unable to be closed quietly so woken up everytime someone closed them.Mattress was very uncomfortable. Fried breakfast was tasteless and bland. Will not stay again. Premier inn is much better for the same price.

Breakfast really good, everything good standard of cleanliness parking superb,staff were excellent, rooms need updating because the look outside and down corridors reception looks brand new
Clean rooms and helpful staff. Liked the location as we were visiting family in Bootle and will definitely stay there again. Room just a little small but didn’t take away from the rest of it.

The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable but the room was dusty. The hem was down on the curtains, USB port and one bedside lamp not working. There was no Housekeeping Service over the two days I was there. Apparently you have to ask for this but nothing to tell you that and I've never had that before in a hotel.
The staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be but there was no Receptionist on Sunday or Monday a.m. and no Maintenance all weekend. Dinner is not served after 6pm on a Sunday but there is no information about meal times in the rooms, at Reception or in the Dining Room. The parking is great.
Good location with lots of restaurants and retail shops including an Aldi next door, clean room and Hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Wifi times out sometimes but picks back up quickly.
Breakfast was good and other options available. Very handy having 2 restaurants areas in the hotel and the dinner was very delicious.
