Positives: Great location for the Liverpool home game. Good fit-out Negatives: unnecessarily complex and difficult timed entry inc burglar alarm, email advice v late. Check the small print - excessive high extra charges on top of Wotif. Pixelated unwatchable TV. Back door permanently unlocked
