The Hillbark was a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are spectacular with a great view. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Overall, a fantastic and romantic night away.

Unique piece of history

We only had the night there, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we highly rate that aspect for any hotel. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We should have got our friends to come up and dine at the hotel instead of going out as it turns out, so next time we will do that. I think the only thing they need to do to make the Hillbark perfect would be to give it a bit of a refresh as its a bit tired.
