We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Upon checking we were upgraded to a balcony room which was fab. Would recommend a balcony room in the summer months. Comfy beds, decent size room. Hotel is attached to a restaurant the alchemist but we didn't use this restaurant, as we were there for bar visits etc this hotel down us perfectly. Within Waking distance to main attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants right and close. Only down side is no vending machine so do bring your own snacks and water if you forget there is a Sainsbury's express shop around the corner.

We chose this hotel mainly because of location as we were not too familiar with the city. We were very surprised with how central it was, being only minutes from the docks and local bars as well as only a ten minute walk from the station. The hotel itself was lovely and modern and the staff were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, possibly one of the best night's sleep I'd had in a while! The only thing to note is that it could be a little noisy at times but this is to be expected due to the location.

Deliberated on whether to give this a 3 or 4 but just edged the 4. Good points great location friendly staff and clean room. Bad points mattress and pillow both too firm and uncomfortable. We were given a disabled room and the bathroom was adapted with rails and seat in shower and no bath. As a couple with no disabilities not sure why we were given this room. Awoken at 7 with the noise of bottles smashing as bins were emptied outside then woken again at 9 with the fire alarm sounding. It then stopped. No explanation or apology for this on checkout. Potentially a nice hotel but bad first time stay. We stay over in Liverpool a lot and would I stay here again? Really not sure

Nice modern hotel in a ideal location for sight seeing aswell as eating and drinking. We decided to stay here due to previous reviews and ideal location. Clean modern comfortable room although the heating wasnt working, called reception and they sent up a heater, this was the only problem we encountered but dealt with very quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely staff, more than happy to help me and my partner with local bars etc. Room was fabulous, spacious and clean with all the necessities included. Can’t express enough how brilliant this hotel is for the money. Great location, Superb customer service and to top it all off a perfect room for any occasion (balcony double).

Lovely lovely staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean room and good value for money. I would recommend this very pleasant hotel with fantastic location right in the hub of things. Spacious clean bathroom with nice products

I stayed here last night and my stay was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely and clean - we loved how we had a bath!! But the only problem that occurred was that the tv in the room had no signal and couldn’t get any channels. This soon got resolved as Eve came in the room and sorted it out. Eve was so friendly and it no trouble to her to help us even telling us that we could upgrade to another room if I didn’t work after the retune but it did. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, short walk to Liverpool one and the docks. Also added bonus was the discount for the q car park!!!

Very central location yet surprisingly very little traffic noise. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely large room with extremely comfy bed. Good supply of tea/coffee etc & toiletries. No onsite breakfast or parking but good discounts available in nearby restaurant & Qpark respectively, would definitely go back.

Beautiful Hotel, to look at from outside it's very low key. But in a great way, they you walk through the door it is a nice little reception, the space is well used. I was checked in by a lovely sweet girl bubbly & charming. I was a smidge early for the check in time but the angel on earth looked after me. Will definitely be back I loved It!

Stayed for one night 27/01/2018 Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to local attractions. Check is was easy carried out by pleasant staff members. The rooms are okay not amazing but certainly nothing to complain about. There is a comedy club next door which was a little loud at closing time but this is to be expected from a city centre hotel. All in all a decent hotel with the best thing being the location.
