Amazing

The guesthouse was such a lovely house at stay at and in amazing condition. The bus stop is right outside the house, so can easily get to and from the centre of Liverpool. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price

The positives......Lovely owner very friendly. Room spacious and had everything needed for overnight stay. Clean & modern. Drawbacks.... noise from other residents was just unbearable. Woken on first night at 2am by people coming in and shouting. Night 2 people next door oblivious to anyone else in house- sat with door open well after midnight. Had to go out and ask them to be quiet. Up again at crack of dawn and hogged the only bathroom so couldn’t use toilet . Really needs separate loo facility for so many guests. Not owners fault I appreciate but frustrating when trying to sleep Etc. Heating on full blast was suffocating. Older house so floors stairs etc creaky. Bed incredibly hard. Nice house in handy location but a few tweaks would really improve things.
