The apartment is nice but upon checkout I was asked to pay for car parking. I had told the receptionist at Check-in which city centre car park I was parked in and assumed he was taking payment for that car park. He handed me a ticket and we realised that he had taken payment for the wrong car park. He assured me it would be refunded, 5 days later and I am still waiting to receive the refund. Just spoke to the manager who tells me that he has to "investigate" and go through the CCTV footage to make sure I wasn't parked in their car park, even though I told them at check in where I was parked. To make matters worse, the discount ticket I was given for the actual car park I was in didn't work.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights The main entrance is quite hidden. Its in an ideal location, right in the centre of the shops. It was just a perfect location for me. The 2 guys on reception were so friendly and helpful, and could tell they were genuine with it too. The lift is quick to your floor (10th) The views were amazing especially at night. The room was perfect, airy and very light. There is a living area with two sofas, a dining area for 4, and a fully functional kitchen. Fridge and freezer are full size, microwave, oven with grill are full size and full size dishwasher with 2 tablets, all easy to use. There is a coffee machine too, with pods to match. There are 3 heaters in the open plan area and give off good heat. There is a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. The towel rails never worked so i put the wet towels in the dryer. The main bathroom was a good size with bath and shower, with small toiletries. One bedroom was ensuite, with just a shower, with toiletries too. The room had a heater and a small flat screen tv on top of a set of drawers, opposite a single wardrobe, long mirror on the wall. 2 bedside lamps made it look very cosy at night. The 2nd bedroom had exactly the same apart from the long mirror and without ensuite. All rooms apart from the main bathroom had floor length windows with vertical blinds that can be pushed to one side so you can see the view from different angles. All rooms have one window that can open a couple of inches. The things i liked the most about my stay was how close to all amenities we were, restaurants, shops, coffee shops everything was within a short walking distance. We were not far from the famous Cavern also a short walk to the Docks. I liked the fact there was washing up liquid and a dishcloth and tea towel and oven gloves in the kitchen. That was a big help. Also 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom. As well as enough towels for 4 people. The things that i think could have improved my stay and im being picky here is, a potato masher and a large spoon type ladle and spatula. I cooked beefburgers but had to turn them over with a fork. Also i had to google how to use the coffee machine and i still couldnt get it to work so i took this to be not working, either that or im thick. There was a bit of noise at night from revellers but not much and not enough to ruin my stay. It lasted all of 5 mins. Ive stayed in other apartments but this was by far the cleanest, it was spotless. Even though its not your own house, it has everything you need and would highly recommend staying here, i am definitely coming back. Oh and another thing, i caught an uber from work to the apartments, as it is pedestrianised cars drop you off around the corner, so a 2 minute walk. I didnt attempt to park my car as i dont like driving in city centres. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t fault location or service when a key fob stopped working, New one was waiting by the time we walked there. The only fault I have is there didn’t seem to be any recycling and we had a few drinks containers and takeaway boxes by the end of our stop

Stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, it was lovely!! The apartment wasn’t huge but more than enough for my boyfriend and myself. It has everything you could need and was so warm and lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, we didn’t even go out for our evening meals! It was quite quiet, no noisy neighbours or anything! Would definitely stay here again- love it! Also, don’t mind my handbag in the pic, only messy part of it!

Staff very helpful & friendly. Located in Liverpool One, stayed there on a previously. Nice to have the added space of an apartment. DVD's available to loan from reception but if you have any to get rid of I am sure they would be grateful as limited choice.Great views from our room. Lovely French restaurant just out of the front door & turn left. Will definitely be back

Stayed here with a hen party - the location is incredible, so close to everything we wanted to do. We booked several apartments as there was lots of us and while we weren't all together it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again if in a large group wanting something that offers great value for money and great location. Wouldn't recommend for a cosy couples weekend away but did the job for us.

We were there for 10 days. It was difficult to find the Hotel at first although it is in the heart of Liverpool One. The reception lobby is nonexistent which at first sight isnt welcoming! But Daniel was so joyful and happy to see us that it brightened the whole space! The apartment itself is well equipped...the kitchen had everything. I was happy with the greeting complimentary bag of lil things. I didnt like the closed doors. We had to find mean to keep them open! Lydia came for cleaning after a week a left a lovely note and chocolate! The apartment is PERFECTLY located for foreigners like us. We could access everything and anything. Its all about LOCATION!

Stayed with my parents. Booked a two bedroom apartment. Amazing value. Everything we needed, but much more. If we there for more than a night, the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, irons etc would be great. As it was, we were there for only one night. Brilliant. Quiet apartment, but once we stepped outside the building were faced with a wall of noise and a bustling city centre. With a minute of the high Street. Great reception staff. If driving, ring them before you arrive and they will give you exact directions, and let you know if underground parking is available. As proof of the quality and a recommendation, I'm already searching where else they have apartments.

Lovely apartment, very small but clean. Requested high floor, allocated first floor then moved to 2nd. Noise is unbearable. Clubs, pubs, people etc. Impossible to relax / sleep. Probably ok for some but l feel a warning om location should be forthcoming. Ruined birthday weekend unfortunately.

Stayed at Bridge street apartments (10th-12th November) with my three sisters to celebrate one sisters 50th birthday in Liverpool. The apartments were about a ten minute walk from Lime street station and are situated bang smack in the middle of the shopping centre next to the Cosy club restaurant. We arrived at 2pm and was greeted on reception by a nice friendly girl called Alliayah who explained all about the apartment and gave us our keys. We stayed in room 1004 which was on the top floor and had great views of the city. Our apartment was bright and clean with two double bedrooms one having an ensuite, a main bathroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Supplied were towels and toiletries, and various tea bags and coffee pods that kept all four of us going for the weekend. All around us were restaurants, shops, clubs and bars most had live music including the famous Cavern club. A short walk away is the Albert dock, Liver building and museums all alongside the river Mersey so lots to do and see. Check out time on the Sunday was 11am and we were able to leave our luggage with kind man on reception until we were ready for our train back home. A great weekend for us all and would definitely stay here again. Finally really must add that Liverpudlians are the most friendliest people you could meet!
