From the outside this place looks like it's had recent work done. So, I booked my reservation thinking $50/night was a great deal. As I walked in I noticed the small lobby seemed to be remodeled too. At this point, I still had high hopes. After that it went down hill. Walking to my room, baseboards had pulled away from the wall, apparently there was some kind of leak as mold was growing on the walls as well. First thing I noticed after opening the door of my room was that a large peice of the ceiling texture was hanging from the ceiling, and some kind of stains on the top blanket of the bed. Tired from my day, all I could think about was a shower. That quickly ended when I stepped barefoot in the bathroom. It felt like I was walking on fly paper and even after my shower they were still sticky. Needless to say I scrubbed my feet in the sink standing on a towel, quickly dressed and left. Didn't even try the bed for fear of the anymore surprises.

Didn't spend much time at the motel. Bed & shower both worked.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The building is a little older but it is easily overlooked by its location. This spot is tucked back in a nice spot very shady and is basically in the middle of everything important for an extended stay.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and location was convenient. Certainly not the Four Seasons, but no major complaints in this price point.

1st floor room was filthy. 3rd floor room was ok but neighboring room was talking so loud.

In attempt to save some money, my parents & I had a good experience at this hotel for the one night we stayed. The desk staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the shower! It was strong, exactly how i like it. The breakfast was typical continental and suffice.

Comfortable stay. Outside of building needs charm to bring people in. It looks as if its closed down if not for the cars out front.

Nothing special but if you need a decent place to crash for the night, this will do the job!

Clean, spacious, bathroom has shower/tub, lighting is solid, good desk for working at, comfy chair for relaxing. I couldn't collapse the ironing board but that's true about half the time. I've stayed here a few times with no problems.

The front office staff was very nice and gave us another room after the first one smelled of smoke. The second room did not smell as bed, but it was dirty. Looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Hotel was being remodeled and that might be a good thing. I could not sleep, neighbors were in and out of their room all night and running down the hall. Stay somewhere else.

Just needed a place to spend the night before hitting the road with small kids and the hotel, staff and price were all very nice. Would stay there again if needed

Basic and clean, could use some updating. No extras, like exercise room available. But, suitable for a decent night's sleep. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed having a Starbucks close by for the morning cup of joe. Since the price was fair, I may stay here again.

The check in was efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The coffeemaker was broken and the room smelled a bit medicinal at first, but I opened the window and the air was sweeter. I did not get up in time to eat the breakfast, but I enjoyed the refrigerator and TV was fine. The microwave was not good, it took a long time to heat the food and ruined the popcorn I had brought.

This stay was awful! In addition to very inferior room cleanliness (even dirty Q tips in elevator!) the amenities were awful and MISstated. I called prior to our visit and was told there was a fitness room at this site and there was NOT! Never again!

Though the staff was very helpful and friendly the hotel room we.got was smelly, small room and an even smaller bathroom. The room smelled moldy and the bathroom had a weird bad smell. Aside from the bad odors the room was fairly clean.

Hotel is clean and check in and check out were very fast. Comfortable room and bed. Would recommend.

Had a great stay!! Very helpful staff!! I would recommend this hotel to anybody!!

The room was outdated, floors were disgusting, beds were clean. The staff was clueless on a late checkout request due to the marathon participants. The hotel seems to be very old and needs a lot of updates.

Mold in bathroom shower stall, floors in public areas need attention - elevator, hallways, stairwells- all were in need of cleaning. Carpets in room needs changing, hallway smelled like cigarettes even though I prefer non-smoking. Rooms heavily perfumed when you first walk in.

The room had stains and stunk since arrival. I also requested non-smoking and even though the room was marked that way, the hall & even the room had a bad odor of smoke. The elevator had beer cans and used tampons on the floor as well. The one good thing was breakfast - there was a good variety of items and it was fresh.
