Disgusting! Took four tries to finally get a room that was decent. First room smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room had pubic hair on the toilet and beds. Third room had a broken toilet seat and dirty bed. Fourth room finally was ok but not great. Coffee was watery and all the breakfast tables were dirty. Don’t stay here.

No ice at machine. Note on machine said to go upstairs. Same results. Reception said I could go to other side of building... No thanks!! I STAYED HERE IN JUNE AND THE SAME ICE MACHINES WEREN'T WORKING THEN, EITHER... Also, NO PHONE in room... Are you cutting costs? Couldn't do wake-up call....

Smoke detector unplugged and wires left hanging from wall. Room faced indoor courtyard/lobby. Curtains did not close all the way so florecent light bled though curtains all night long. Pool closed. Guests did not wear masks or sanitize while at self-serve breakfast bar. Not enforced by staff.
Pretty bad. First room looked used when I walked in. Pillows were out of place and bedspread was wrinkled up on one of the beds. No wash cloths and the AC didn’t work. I requested a different room which the nice front desk clerk arranged. Second room had a beeping smoke detector and no trash can. I won’t be back.
Very close to the airport so very convenient for us Aviators.

The staff were exceptionally nice. Half of the hotel was being renovated. The other half had I’ll-fitting carpets, and our rooms smelled like smoke and mildew.
My room smelled like stale cigarettes. Each of the two mornings I could smell fresh cigarette smoke coming from a nearby room. At breakfast nothing was labeled and both orange juice dispensers we’re out of order and the cinnamon rolls were cut in half for some reason.
The staff were friendly. Close to airport and restaurant. Great food and fine service.

The hotel is in the process of completing renovations to the property and there are some things that we are working on to revitalize the character of the building and brand.
