The hotel was excellent. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean and in a great location. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Marcus took care of us and we appreciate that with it being valentines weekend. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. It was our 1st time in Little Rock and will definitely return.

We stay twice a year when in town for conventions. It’s accessible, friendly, and just what we need. My disabled daughter finds it easy to get around, with a plus for the accommodation room. Breakfast is standard but included and sufficient. Front desk staff is exceptional!

The staff was great upon check in Zach was very helpful and friendly. For the breakfast provided the staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed each morning we were there. The positives of this hotel was the excellent breakfast and the clean room and surroundings in a relatively new hotel. The negatives were that the bathroom in our room did not have a working light around the mirror or a working exhaust fan. Even though a pool was advertised, it was also not working on the day we arrived. The Lobby area when we checked in had a very strong odor resembling marijuana. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing as very small area is available in front of the hotel for unloading. Parking is not free. There is a $10 charge for parking.
