The hotel was under renovations which was evident in repair areas throughout, but overall it was lovely and such a convenient spot in the heart of downtown Little Rock. The hotel staff were so friendly and actually took the time to highlight restaurants, bars and places where we could hear music when we arrived on New Years Eve. We were able to visit several spots they recommended and had a great night ringing in the new year in Little Rock! Parking was conveniently located in a safe garage right outside the hotel! Delicious breakfast the next day as well!

Everyone was pleasant upon arrival all the way until check out. The room was clean and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was fulfilling with a variety of options. I love the security of the hotel and the private parking that is available. It’s also very close to downtown as well.
