Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom on the tight side. Staff hot and cold. The fire alarm went off on our floor. We immediately came to the lobby. The staff were not aware and did not seemed troubled by it. Check out was noon however they came knocking on our door at 11 asking if we are checking out. My husband was sound asleep and so woke him up. Not a great experience.

Front desk staff were abrupt, not exactly "not friendly" but not welcoming either~ When I asked for coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room, the gentleman acted like I was asking him to pick, roast and grind the coffee..jeeez! The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms are, well, blah. But, they were clean and the location was convenient to the metro, train station and food.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma and can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel is perfectly located within a short walking distance to both the Metro and Train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotlessly clean environment. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms, ensuring everything is tidy and fresh every day. Overall, my experience at Hotel Roma was exceptional.
