O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, supermercado, transporte público (metrô e ônibus). Wi-fi funciona muito bem. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e limpo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e respondem as mensagens imediatamente. Recomendo altamente.

La struttura è elegante, ma ha un grosso problema: due ascensori minuscoli, uno non funzionante, l'altro per entrarci bisogna fare il tetris, se si ha una valigia grande si entra uno alla volta. Avevamo un appartamento al 5 piano ed una sera non ha funzionato l'unico utile. Il bagno era davvero mal organizzato , il lavandino appiccicato alla porta e gli asciugamani posti su una inutile scaletta, impedivano l'uso del bidet. Ho dovuto metterla nella doccia. Bastava un porta asciugamani da parete. A favore la disponibilità del proprietario e la posizione. Ad ogni modo a causa degli ascensori troppo piccoli non mi sento di consigliarlo a famiglie o coppie al limite un single che si adatta.
