Room was nice, clean and comfy. But so much noise! Housekeeping ladies were talking so loud outside the room it was hard for me to rest before catching my next flight. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Great location very close to Rossio Square, perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was really good. The bed was super comfortable, and the terrace garden was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Room was quite with air conditioner. They arranged for a pickup at the airport for us (we paid the driver) to make it easy to arrive to their destination. You do have to walk a short amount to get to the hotel as it is pedestrian only. That road is full of various places to eat, not the property's fault is they do try to entice you to go to their restaurant every time they see you. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you experience a problem, they will assist you. When we left at 2:20am to go to the airport, we had to wait for Bolt pick up, we went back to wait at the hotel after a few drunk men were making comments. The person on staff that night was our night in shinning armor, when he saw us up the hill, he waited to make sure we were safe - then he saw the vagrant nearby and he came up and waited with us for the driver. That was above and beyond and me and my daughter were very thankful.

Rooms were clean and a decent size, but shocked that there was no fridge in the room. The shower was also extremely small with not much room to place your toiletries. The hotel is located in the city centre with plenty of dining options.
