The place is very very nice, so clean and the host is super welcoming and accommodating. The area where it’s located is a bit scary. But the property is very well gated. there’s a lot of shops around and getting there by any means of transportation is easy. I would recommend.

Perfectly fine for 2. Secure parking right next to the building. We stayed one night due to airport nearby for flight out the next morning. Easy access to airport about 2-3 miles away. Room was clean and bed comfortable. All communication and access info done digitally but was efficient. Area around the property is busy with lots of dining options. Next to University of Lisbon. No staff on site.

Staff was SO helpful. We arrived 4 hours early from the cruise port , and they put us in a different room to accommodate us. It was all spotless and the beds are super comfortable.

the entry to the property is somewhat narrow and a bit challenging but once inside, it was very easy to get in with the lock codes etc. Room was very clean and the toilet was really nice. We stayed only one night. Shopping and dining places are nearby and Lisboa airport is also very close. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property

Communication with this property is great. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The room we had (106) was spacious and very comfortable. The bed is amazing! There is a small Nespresso coffee maker in the room as well as a kettle and mini fridge. The hotel is clean and well cared for - as well as the grounds. With the gate system, it is very safe. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next trip.

Entire property is gated, entry instructions are clear. The room/hallways are very nice. We met two other American couples and we all were happy with the accommodations. The neighborhood is nice. I can’t comment any further since I drove in to the hotel in the dark. Uber/ Bolt available to airport and inexpensive. Lisbon airport is 5 minutes.

Property was easy to find. Did not know that it is a self-service hotel. This should be explicit on hotels.com website. Property prevents guests from controlling HVAC in room which created an uncomfortable night's sleep. Closet light did not work. Overall cleanliness was very good. Had zero personal contact with staff became they are only insight from maybe 8am-2pm.

Very Clean room, communication and instructions of checking in and out were very clear and organized. The area around it felt safe and there were many places to dine in. The only drawback was the location, the area was away from the touristic area in lisbon, whoever, the transportation prices were reasonable.
