Great staff very friendly and helpful. If there was an issue, they immediately fix and sort the problems. Very attentive and offering travel plans if needed. The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed. The facilities provided are amazing such as the refreshments in the lobby area.

For me, the staff truly stood out. Their attentiveness and genuinely friendly demeanour made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. ​Close behind that, the cleanliness and comfort of the room was superb. It's so nice to settle into a spotless, well-appointed space after traveling. ​The amenities were also excellent, but the staff and the room quality were the real highlights.

Overall, a great stay! The staff were super friendly, and the hotel offers excellent spaces to work if you prefer not to do so in your room. We also received great VIP Access perks and definitely felt like VIPs. The only drawback is that the rooms are not well sound‑insulated.

The reception staff varied - some were bright and helpful others more brusque to the point of being dismissive. I was in room 111 - a disabled friendly room right over the kitchen which had string kitchen odors and lots of noise until late at night and then starting again at 5am

The room ( room # 209), had NO A/C, period, something that we did not realize until late at night. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we didn't say anything. The staff was professional and we liked the location, but NO A/C is a NO GO.

Staff was wonderful, I arrived early from my flight and Anna at the front desk was able to have my room ready early after a short wait. The room was clean and spacious, I received an upgrade. Breakfast buffet was huge and great variety, everything of good quality.

Location was very good for this hotel close to all the luxury shopping and within a 30 minute walk to the water front and main attractions. Room was a good size with plenty of space for 2 of us and our luggage. One thing was the room definitely had a strong smell to it, almost like an old smell/musty. Not sure if it was something used to clean the room since the bathroom and hallway outside the room didnt have this smell. Front desk staff was amazing and answered any questions we had. Didnt like that they don't offer an iron inside the room, you have to go to a specific room near the lobby to iron your clothes if needed
