Everything is a nightmare except for location

The location of this apartment is great and convenient. However, the shower door doesn't close properly. The maintenance person has come to fix but you can tell that it's only temporarily fix because the next day is broken again and there is no basic toiletries (soap, shampoo or shower gel). There is no service or communication from that hotel if you have any issue. Construction starts 7am next to on the bedroom wall within apartment #22 every morning of my stay. I recorded constant hours noise and the apartment claimed that noise source is outside their property with no apology or try to communicate to the next door. Highly advise anyone not to stay here.

The location is very great with many food options and viewing points are within walking distance. A reminder, the access code to the apartment will be automatically be disabled at the checkout time.

Lovely apartment in a very central location in Lisbon. The automated entry/exit system is excellent but the lack of personal contact meant that we couldn’t resolve the small issue of no soap in the bathroom, despite highlighting it to a member of staff who was cleaning in the next room. The property is modern, spacious and comfortable, so it’s a pity that the shower door is slightly off its hinges and doesn’t close properly.

We loved this place. It is in the heart Lisbon pedestrian-only zone, steps from the Baixa station, and many of the top sites. There are plenty of bars, coffee shops, and amazing pastry shops around. The place was newly renovated, clean and very comfortable.

Location location location

Fabulous apartment right smack in the centre beside the metro. If you are flying in dont waste money on taxi to apartment, get the train , it’s so easy and convenient and only €2.

Its in Baixa, which is the old and the best place to stay in Lisbon when on a break. It gives you real Lisboa feel. After spending 4 days in Lisbon, I can confirm that in my opinion Baixa and Chiado are the places to stay in Lisbon. Coming back to the apartment itself: - We had booked via E X P E D I A. Decent priced apartment in Baixa. As soon as I booked it, got email to pay the City tax which I did online. - Despite making several requests to allow a prior check in, they didnt entertain us and provided a code that would work at the door from sharp 2pm, and not anytime before. - There are many mini markets around the apartment from where we bought: * Coffee, Milk, Wines, Bread, Butter, Jam, Cheese - Inside the apartment, there is everything: * Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Cutleries, Air Conditioner, Toaster, Hair Dryer - When you enter the apartment complex, stairs, rooms & everything else is super clean, modern and spotless. - There were some issues with the apartment, but you could possible ignore because of the great location you are in, however if the owners are reading this, they could improve on the following: i) There are no shower gels / shampoo provided for bath. ii) Only 1 set of towels per person is provided and when I emailed them for more towels there were priced at 4 Euros per person. iii) There is no cleaning of the apartment during your stay - which I found a bit odd. iv) Sleep quality was ok as I didnt like the pillows and mattress much

The apartment is in a brilliant location , close to bars , shops , trains , tram and sightseeing of Lisbon . Facilities are good . The property could do with a fresh painting , walls marked etc and towels are old needed replaced On the day of leaving the cleaning lady was there 1 he before the time of check out . It made me feel under pressure to leave .

The property is within the walking distance to everything, from train station to grocery stores.Everything is accessible. The place is clean. What I did not like, We arrived around 1:00am as our flight was delayed. All shops were closed. Not even one sachet of coffee or tea bag is available. I had rented several apartment in all parts of the world, the owner leaves at least few sachet of coffee or tea.

Great location. Really light on amenities. We are a family of four- and they had supplied only 3 pillows and 3 sets of towels. Not responsive when requested more. They dont supply bath soap- really odd- who travels with bath soap. We had to go down,stairs at 8pm, hunt for a Wells and buy soap- before we could freshen up. after a long day of travel. Theres a hand soap dispenser which was empty. Kitchen is not stocked with anything but hardware. You will need to go down and get the basic sugar, salt etc, that I had come to expect after staying at similar places in Lisbon and Spain. Overall- really bad service and couldnt careless response.
