This is a very nice cute place to stay! The apartment is clean and has good features, just as pictured. Even though the overall size is small it feels very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely modeled. I felt right at home living here, it is comfortable. You will enjoy staying here. Amenities: Washer, hair dryer, cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pans, dishwasher, microwave The downside to this apartment is it is loud. You can easily hear the people upstairs walking and I could even hear them snore if everything in my apartment was quite. The noise from the street is heard in the main room even with window closed, but you could not hear it in the bedroom. Overall the noise is fine and not a big issue until you get woken up by footsteps in the morning. Also, they did not answer any messages I sent them prior to start of stay. That being said I would use this apartment again because everything else was great!! I did enjoy my time at Portugal Ways!

This property was in the lovely old town off the beaten track. The check in and out was like clock work. The flats amenities were excellent, the flat comprised of a living room, bed room, kitchen and bathroom. We have access to a fully kitted out kitchen with a dish washer and the bathroom had a washer dryer. Would happily stay at this property again.

Great location place was perfect for our needs ...floor was dirty ...when you took a shower the bottom of the shower was all dirt...on the first day!...couldn’t figure out how to work washer, maid didn’t know and when she called someone they ,didn’t know either...otherwise the place was ok ...would stay again for location

The apartments are in a great location with many local bars and good restaurants in the vicinity - yet remaining very quiet outside at night - some daily cleaning of towels and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom would have been a nice addition.

We liked the convenient location and Alfama's cobble stone narrow streets. We liked the beautiful look of the tiled building. The apartment met all our needs. We liked that it was at ground level but we didn't like the musty smell and dampness of the apartment. We could have used an english manuel on how to use the washing machine! We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. Obrigado!

It was a mini work out to walk with luggage from the curbside to Rua de Guilherme Braga . However, given the facade & ambience, it's a fun experience to stay in Alfama. Portugal Ways communicates promptly and easily. The property was clean and was stocked with kitchen tools/equipment. We would have wanted: More thicker towels ( Only thin & hand towels for 2 adults) More fluffier pillows (Only 2 flat ones) A shower rug A towel rack ( nowhere to put dry clothes) The TV was useless. Couldn't get decent reception in any language.

Rua de Guilherme Braga was a long uphill walk from the sidewalk (Museo de Fado). The number 12 was faintly painted on the front door. Given the access code, it was easy to get in. The apartment was clean & equipped with full kitchen amenities. Would have appreciated: More thicker towels ( only 2 thin towels & hand towels) More pillows ( there were only 2 not so fluffy for 2 adults) A shower rug ( nothing to catch shower spill) A towel rack (nowhere to put dry clothes). The TV was useless. You couldn't get decent reception.

Well the apartment no21 had a cleanness problem looked like some piss on the bathroom floor, Very bad odor coming from the bathrooms. of apartment 21 and 12. we had booked for 5 people but there was no extra bedding for the 5th person. Overall not a good experience.

Location!! You can walk easily all the way down to the centre and then hop on tram 28E and be popped back 'home' up on the hill again..so even an older unfit person like me gets to enjoy Alfama and Lisbon. So connectivity, lots to explore, good food, all accessible. I miss it already. The building itself a delightful blue tiled beauty, and a joy to come back to safely even late at night.
