Fantastic bright and modern apartment with balcony. One bedroom with double bed. Wifi, Smart TV and air conditioning. Accomodates 2.
The apartment is located in Pampilheira, a peacefull and calm residential area. You are at 1.5Km from the city center and beach. If you like to walk it's around 15 min. to the center. You also have a bus stop a few meters away of bus GIRO (line 400) that can take you to the center in 3 min. You have several restaurants close by and the GB supermarket a few meters away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with two elevators. You have free parking places around should you have a car.
Entering the apartment you have at your left side the modern bathroom. It features a walk in glass shower with two showers, a basin and the toilet. For your comfort there is a towel heater and a washing machine is also available. In the access to the bedroom you have a big closet on your right side with enoug space to let your clothes all stored and tidy. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and there are coloured led lights that can create an inviting atmosphere. The bedroom has a mirror that goes inside the wall, like a slide in wall door, creating an open window when slidding the mirror.
The modern kitchen follows and is fully equipped, including a dish washer, so that you can prepare from a light meal to a full meal and enjoy the fresh products available from the local market. The stove is electric and induction.
The living area has a sofa. The flatscreen TV is smart and you can browse the web or start an app with it. Wifi is available in the apartment.
There is a separate meal area where you have a glass table with 4 chairs and where you can enjoy your meals. Infront of the living area you have a balcony with a table with 2 chairs, ideal to drink your glass of wine at sunset.
