Gîte adjoining the owner's house on the ground floor, comprising: a kitchen/living room/lounge area, a small bedroom (8.10 m² - 1 double bed), a shower room/toilet. Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer combination, electric barbecue, TV, Wi-Fi, electric heating, reversible air conditioning in the veranda (washing machine available upon request). Bed linens, towels, and household linens are available for rental, but can be reserved with the owner.
