Villa Charme welcomes you to Lipari in a charming early 20th-century apartment with a separate annex, offering 200 sqm of space for up to 11 guests. The property is spread over 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and large windows, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine, plus an adjacent pantry. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The annex has its own entrance, living area, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The house has been carefully restored, preserving original Sicilian Liberty-style floors and ceilings. Amenities include TV, video on demand, fan, dedicated workspace, and 1 cot. Sea view.



Outside, enjoy the private garden with fruit trees, accessible from the ground floor. The private covered terrace is shaded by a century-old wisteria, while the open terrace is furnished with table, chairs, and loungers. The annex also has its own outdoor area with table, chairs, hob, and sink. A private barbecue is at your disposal. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
