Our idyllic ground floor apartment for 3 persons is located in a good location of Lindau with good infrastructure.
The apartment is located in a cul de sac and has been lovingly furnished. The parking lot for the apartment is located directly in front of the house and can be used free of charge. We also provide you with towels and bed linen available.
The spacious apartment with about 60 sqm has a beautifully furnished living room with kitchenette and dining area. There is also a cozy bedroom with direct access to the newly renovated and modern bathroom. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in the living room. For infants a travel cot can be provided if needed.
The apartment is located around nature with the view to the garden, to the orchards and access to a private terrace.

Here you can experience a very special holiday

A bus stop is about 70m, the nearest bakery about 600m and the lake (Island) about 2.5 km from the apartment.

The tax is to be paid locally (2 euro per person per day / 1 30 euros for children aged 6-16 years).

In the period April to 15th October, you can take the Lindauer guest card with the buses of Stadtwerke Lindau.

Mooi verblijf, rustig gelegen en toch overal dichtbij

Heel fijn en schoon appartement, op een rustige locatie. Veel privacy. Ontvangst was erg gastvrij en hartelijk. Je voelt je echt welkom. Bushalte direct aan de weg, maar ook per fiets of lopend is alles goed bereikbaar. Auto eigenlijk niet nodig gehad.

Nette Ferienunterkunft

Eine ruhig gelegene, saubere und angenehm kühle (Aussentemperatur bei 30°!) Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Garten. Herr Müller hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch gute Tipps für unsere (Rad-)ausflüge gegeben. Und am Ende unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes wartete noch eine nette Überraschung auf uns: eine Flasche Birnenlikör vom Bodensee. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden, und für die Fahrräder ist ebenfalls gesorgt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, sie in dem abschliessbaren Raum aufzuladen. Was die Ausflüge anbelangt, so empfehlen wir u.a. Lindau-Insel (knappe 3km per Rad), das idyllische Nonnenhorn (10 km per Rad), Friedrichshafen, die Seepromende in Bregenz (etwa 10 km per Rad) mit der Seebühne (Dekor « Freischütz »), den Pfänder, die Rappenloch- sowie Alplochschlucht in Gütle, Dornbirn und auf jeden Fall die wunderschöne St. Gallener Stiftsbibliothek.

Schöner Ort, super Vorteile für Radler

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Untergeschoss und ist ruhig mit angenehmer Terrasse. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr großzügiges Bad, welches direkt an das Schlafzimmer angrenzt. Für Radler ein riesiger Vorteil ist, dass es einen abschließbaren Raum gibt, in dem ausreichend viel Platz ist. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps für interessante Orte in der Umgebung. Gut ausgebaute und beschilderte Radwege, sodass die umliegenden Ort gut erreichbar sind.

Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Motzacher FEWO verbracht. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad erfüllen alle Erwartungen. Terrasse und Schlafzimmer benötigen mal eine kleine Überarbeitung . Alles in allem würden wir das Objekt aber weiterempfehlen .

Ruhige und sonnige Fewo in Lindau

Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage in der Fewo von Familie Müller in Lindau. Wir hatten die Fewo im EG, welche bei heissen Sommtertage sehr angenehm ist. Die Fewo bietet eine überdachte Terrase und einen Parkplatz fürs Auto. Die Fewo liegt in Mitten von Obstgärten und die Fewo liegt verkehrsgünstig für Unternehmungen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden damit gewesen.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich und offenherzig von der Familie empfangen und in das augenscheinlich ordentlich erhaltene Objekt, sowie die örtlichen Gegebenheiten eingewiesen. Alle lokalen Tourismusattraktionen sind fußläufig oder mit dem Bus, der keine 50m vor der Haustür abfährt, zu erreichen. Trotz schlechten Wetters hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und fanden alles in der Wohnung vor, was man zum überdauern braucht. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten auch gleich noch ein paar frische Eier ergattern.... Die Unterkunft war super...sehr sauber...schön groß..eine tolle Terrasse und die Küche gut ausgestattet.... Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt und der Bus fährt alle halbe Stunde in die Stadt, so dass man auch gut das Auto stehen lassen kann und trotzdem alles erkunden kann... Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder... Silke

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage und einer tollen Region

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit bequemen Betten, einem modernen Bad und auch ansonsten einer Ausstattung bei der es an nichts fehlte. Für das eigene Auto gibt einen Stellplatz und die Fahrräder können in einem separaten Bereich der gerade abgestellt werden. Eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Ferienwohnung kann man wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts und keine Wünsche werden offen gelassen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Super Ausstattung, tolles WLAN, Fernsehprogramme, wie zu Hause. Besser geht es fast nicht. Wenn wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen, dann wieder in diese tolle Wohnung. Sehr ruhig, tolle Lage, ausreichende Größe. Es gab absolut nichts, was wir kritisieren könnten. Vielen Dank Familie Müller für den tollen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße aus dem Saarland!
