Hotel book in room stated 12:00 pm check out. Hotels.com said 11:00 am. Room keys did not work after 9:00 am. Breakfast was not impressive. Was not stocked well. When I think of continental but no fruit or many choices like muffin, bagel etc. Bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the facility was quiet. The price was right. However, the breakfast was subpar. Additionally, there was snow and ice on the sidewalks leading to the side entrance that was recommended to us. Very unsafe. And there were nasty cigarette butts on the ground by the door. These are easy fixes; a little attention to detail would go a long way.
