We chose this hotel based on the 8.5 rating. I have NO idea who is rating this hotel well. The hotel is very tired. Needs to be remodeled. The rooms just need to be refreshed. The beds were really hard. My granddaughter said "these are the hardest beds I ever felt". The evening clerk was courteous and helpful. The morning clerk was odd and really overly friendly to my 5 year old granddaughter. We tried to eat the breakfast but it was awful. Milk was bad, the coffee was watery, the apple juice had fermented in the machine and the guy said "oh that always happens". The bagels were hard as hockey pucks. The hotel advertises prominently on the sign out front that they have a hot breakfast. At this exit, there are probably 25 hotels right together and there are many other hotels at this price point. I would try one of the other ones. This one needs to step up their game.

The room was clean, the linens smell faintly of bleach (which I like because it means clean). Only issue is the super strong air freshener scent in the hotel and the rooms. Last time we stayed we were able to move the air freshener to the hall to ease the smell. This time we couldn't find the source to remove. It is over whelming. If you are sensitive to scent thisight not be your place. Breakfast was toast, bagels, waffles and cereal.

Room was very affordable, staff was very friendly. Hotel is a bit older but it appears like they try hard to keep why they have clean. Very basic room, but everything worked. Not the nicest bed or bathroom but once again very clean for what they have.
