The room was clean and the night clerk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was a disaster. They ran out of almost everything and when I asked, they said first come first serve you can go to McDonald’s. I paid for breakfast and I didn’t get it. This was really lousy treatment and I would never stay at this hotel again.
Old facility., No locks to the bathrooms., light near the entrance of the room does not work, beds are not comfortable
Check in process was a little chaotic but after a room change everything was fine. It was probably a miscommunication which they made right.
Room was clean. Both front and side door broken and hard to open. Side door would not close all the way. If you are looking for breakfast this was sub par.
The security door at the end of our hallway was grossly broken & unable to be closed or locked. The manager said it would be 2 weeks until fixed. There was a broken window & hallway entrance lights were totally out. A robbery or attack waiting to happen. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 & most items were gone & not replaced. Out bathroom door handle was about to fall off. Burned out bulbs in our room & nearby in the main hallway. No soap in our room. When I asked for some, the manager could not find any in the whole hotel. Never thought I would see a Baymont in such bad condition.
Staff was very friendly. Key card reader on the back door was broken. This was inconvenient. Windows wouldn’t open. Pool was shut down. Breakfast room ran out of milk before 9 AM.

Yes we are in moition for repairs of the pool door, far side ext door and the front doors as we also have a staff member 24/7 to make sure there is no non wanted activity on premises.

Hi, After all this chaos of this pandemic and losing many resources, and most staff it has been a tough transition. I have personally fixed key card issue, windows have been damaged by a hail storm that we are currently in a lawsuit with our provider, but is being taken care of. Pool as well. Breakfast issues have been resolved but it has been more then a struggle to say the least in a ton of 1000 people and nothing of any type of resources to help. This is all being addressed immediately and has been improved and we will be beyond exceptional next time you pass through. Thank you for the time for your review and feedback.

Hi, I am sorry you felt this way. However, we are renovating and just now opening all amenities. However, this is busy season, and we are one of the cheapest hotel even though we offer more than 50% of the hotels here. Please come back and see new updates to come. Thank you for the feedback.
