Lovely flat, but disappointed that there were no tea or coffee facilities, no water and only 1 tiny bottle of shower gel, no shampoo between 4 adults,

I messed up and booked an extra non-refundable day. Asked if I could drop it, and through Expedia the property said it would cost double to refund—nonsense—so I just kept it. Fine, my mistake, I paid. On arrival, this so-called “higher-end” property was a joke. Aside from a mattress topper making the bed tolerable, it felt no better than their cheaper spots. The view was garbage, and the apartment constantly smelled like sewage. Maintenance came, claimed it was fixed, but nothing changed. Their grand solution? Handing me an air freshener, like spraying perfume on a dumpster. Toilets blocked multiple times—even though we followed the no-paper rule. Once it cleared itself, the other time it sat full of crap from Friday to Monday. We had to use the pool toilet like squatters. Their “compensation” was a free night, which meant nothing since I’d already overbooked and left early. My wife was there recovering from surgery in a filthy, stinking flat, and they knew it yet couldn’t be bothered to take it seriously. Bottom line: if you enjoy falling asleep to the smell of sewage and waking up to it again, this place is perfect. Otherwise, run.

Die Bilder versprechen eine wahnsinns schöne Unterkunft mit Pool, die Realität sieht leider etwas anders aus. Der Poolbereich ist direkt an der Straße und bietet weder Sonnenschirme noch saubere Liegen (2 nur halb angegammelt). Dadurch konnten wir uns nicht einmal an den Pool legen (als Tipp: der Pool im Grand Hotel kann kostenfrei genutzt werden)! Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und ansich sehr schön, leider war es an einigen Stellen nicht ganz sauber. Es war nicht möglich, die Terrassentür abzuschließen. Wir haben versucht das Hotel zu kontaktieren und haben keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten.
