Hotel is no way 5 star it’s clean service is good breakfast lunch dinner just basic no way does it meet a 5 star rating standard, but for the price it’s good one big drawback the rooms facing the pool are so noisy due The the Peruvians madness of pushing the horns ton all three cars drive us crazy, the Peruvian drivers have no respect for traffic police or each other. That said the rooms facing the slip road are better yes would recommend this hotel for the price and quality
Excellent facilities. A very spacious feel to this hotel. Staff were very helpful. The food was of a high standard as was the room Very quiet location and in the room . Cash machine in The foyer. I recommend a visit .
The rooms very large with a king size bed and a sitting area with chair, sofa and coffee table. They were clean and functional but lacking the finishes one would expect in a downtown Radisson. The restaurant served a basic buffet breakfast but also had four items on a menu that could be ordered. I did not eat any other meals there and saw few people there for lunch or dinner. With so many good restaurant choices in Lima, this makes sense. It is in a good location and the area was very walkable even late in the evening.
This property is no way up to the standards of radisson. Infact now i m always hesitate to book any hotel owned by radisson. It is a real blunder on the name of a renowned hotel chain. Staff in particular Brenda and Astry at reception desk. Highly arrogant unprofessional and have no intentions of helping the customers. Talking about Brenda in specific, as a frequent traveler i was surprised how can a hotel chain like radisson is arrogant, rude, impractical and egoistic. I do not wish to affect her employment but i atleast intend to make her realize how can she be so inappropriate in terms of the position she is. She is in luck to get such position. I generally let go small errors as we all humans and we should not nag on practical error. But for Brenda i am really going to escalate to the head office of Radisson. Secondly please check cancellation policy before booking this hotel. I am sure even aliens from different planet will not like this hotel. We decided to check out even before we checked in because the rooms are scary. Brenda i particular ask us to pay for pur entire stay though we informed that by tomorrow early morning at 7 we will check out. She first tried to force us with her envious intentions for all nights but when wre refused she came to a second night which Infact we never stayed. She was inconsistent on what she was trying to do. I asked her to show me proof in written why she wants to charge for second night which we Infact didn't even stayed but she failed to show us any while i had sent her screen shots directly from booking.com but as i said she lives in her own hallucinating world and was not ready to listen. We were practically in hotel for 9 hours. Nevertheless we paid for an extra night which we were not entitled to.
The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. About 20 minutes to everywhere! Safe, clean neighborhood. The rooms were enormous. Although they were a little older, they were nice. Large sitting room and vaulted ceilings. The bathrooms look recently redone in tiles. Not only did they look very nice, the shower was awesome! There was a ton of pressure with lots of hot water. Breakfast was also very nice with every type of fruit found in Peru, but you can also order anything from the cook. The only downfall was the light at the end of the street (Javier Prado) was a 5 minute wait before turning green. As far as the hotel, could not expect more for the price we paid. We would stay there again.
We stayed for 10 nights with two young children. Great experience overall. The neighborhood is safe and there are a number of restaurants and grocery stores close by on Avenida Dos de Mayo. The Buffett breakfast included in our rate had a lot of options and variety. Also included were selected a la carte Peruvian breakfast items which were a nice plus. The rooms are very clean and all the staff was very pleasant. One night we had noisy neighbors with the TV on high volume all through the night. Management addressed the issue quickly and even left a plate of alfajores the next evening which was a very kind gesture. We will plan to stay here again - thank you for a wonderful stay.
Stayed up this Radisson Hotel while on a business trip and I have to say what a great place to stay at. Very quiet extremely clean the staff is super professional and friendly made me feel very welcome. The food is wonderful specially the breakfast buffet totally recommend it made me feel quite at home
It is not up with the big luxury players, but this hotel will suit your tourist or business needs. Good location, ample bed and bathrooms and very good breakfast. They have terrace on top. Taxi stand at the entrance of the hotel. Solid choice and good value for the money
We were six staying at the hotel for one night, ready to pick the Cruz Del Sur bus from the Javier Prado terminal. The staff was waiting for us and checkin was quick. Rooms were clean. We were prepared lunch boxes instead of breakfast due to the early checkout time the following morning. Plenty of restaurants on the streets around the hotel.
Underneath some minis renews and some nice details lies a tired and old hotel. Probably not worth the price. Anyway it’s clean and the room spacious. Breakfast average and boring. Staff courteous and location is actually good. Not impressed but still not THAT bad.
