The room was so dirty! There were black hairs all over the shower wall and a line of dirt / scum in the tub, finger prints on the mirrors, it wasn’t cleaned well and it was so disappointing because this was our honeymoon. Multiple amenities were closed and the hotel is under construction, but wasn’t mentioned in booking. there was leaf blowers and hedge trimmers going while we were at the pool, and the beach is covered in micro plastics. It overall was dirty, not just the room. We ordered room service and had to pick it up. Really disappointing for something that is marketed as a luxury resort.

Clean all around. Good staff. The pool was too cold and one hot tub out of commission, though we still had to pay the resort fee. The ongoing construction was inconvenient to have to navigate around.

Room was a standard hotel room Staff were courteous. The resort was under construction when we got there and did not inform us. Only one hot tub worked and saw no one working on the second, never opened during our 9 night stay. Tv did not work the whole stay either.

Overall, the stay was very mediocre. The room was clean, but there were no microwaves in the room, and only 1 in the entire resort for guest use. There was no on-site laundry available. Also, if you are sensitive to fragrance, DO NOT STAY HERE. They had strong sprays in the halls and elevators. Good spot for a couple or for a short stay, but the lack of amenities made it less than ideal with a family.
