This fully-functional, one-bedroom two-bath villa, has been recently updated to accommodate all your needs. A comfortable Murphy bed allows two extra guests to sleep comfortably while having access to their own private bathroom.

The spacious lanai with a stunning view of the lagoon is just the place you will want to enjoy your coffee in the morning and Mai Tai in the evening. The beach is but a few minutes walk and the conveniently located barbecues are situated throughout the park-like grounds.

Located adjacent to the Villas is the lush Kauai Beach Resort which allows our guests unrestricted use of the beautiful pools and hot tubs along with the food and drink venues. Tennis courts are also available to our guests.

Bring your flip flops, a good book, and your spirit of adventure and you will surely be glad you did!

We absolutely love staying here. The entire place is wonderful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. In fact, we call it our second home. We have made this our annual Kauai stay as we impatiently return every year - it truly says everything about how special this place is to us. Very nice, clean condo. Great having 2 bathrooms, lots of space, well equipped and very nice lay out. It is located in a good location, close to town. The host was easy to communicate with, very prompt with replies.Just a couple of negatives. The front door was in very bad condition, damaged by weather. Host did say this is getting replaced. Also, none of the barbecues in the area down by the pool were operational, not usable at all. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit. Mahalo!
