Beautiful hotel, staff super friendly. Nice, clean and quiet hotel room.

Sandy beach, sparkling clean pool, friendly staff, good restaurants. Hotel maintained Marriott standards. Negs: beach umbrellas gone, nowadays you need to rent.

The front desk lady was amazing! She accommodated us and felt very welcomed.

This has a great little beach about 1/3 mile long. Beautiful pool and nice amenities.

I was here once before when it was just the Kauai Surf. It has not lost its magic nor its plush surroundings and appeal. Kauai is paradise and this Marriott Hotel just adds to that.To me it is the only place to stay while in Kauai.

relaxing, calm, very helpful, friendly staff. The view from our hospital room, the beach, the friendly staff, the welcoming environment. The beautiful roosters around the hospital. The fresh water at the entrance.

"Vacation Club was sub-par. The room was awful! It needs a complete renovation! The front desk personnel did not communicate key details about the hotel rules which made for miserable experience and stress. The "Resort"side was quite nice, however.

The hotel is its own village with 5-6 buildings and shops. It's about 15 min walk (great walk) to the Kala** some street where there are many shops and restaurants. Beach access is great. Pool can be a bit better.

This place has an illusion of grandeur when you walk into the lobby. We arrived at our ocean view room to find a horrible view of the roof from the shops below and a partial ocean view. The patio was filthy and had several bird droppings on it. The next morning there were bugs in the bathroom. I killed 4 and there were still more. They claim it's their tropical climate. We had been staying at different resorts on Kauai for a total of a month visit, 5 total and none had bugs or filthy patios. My husband tried the breakfast and the food was horrible. His mouth/lips swelled up. We only stayed one night and booked elsewhere. Terrible experience. We will never stay at a Marriott again.
