Welcome to our beautifully updated 1920s home in the heart of Lexington, Ohio. Originally a duplex, this spacious single-family home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.

The home is located close to downtown Lexington on a quiet, dead-end street. We are 5 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 13 minutes from Snowtrails, and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Mansfield.

The space:

1st floor features community rooms; Game room with foosball table, Living room with 65" 4k TV, sitting room with stereo, entryway, half-bath with laundry, large eat-in kitchen and formal Dining room.

2nd floor features 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms feature 5 queen beds, and 1 room with bunk bed. No futons, no pullouts, everyone is comfortable.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy complete access to the property, minus the basement, attic, and barn.

Yes, yes and yes. Everything was great! Everyont enjoyed their stay immensely. Great memories of an absolutely perfiect Halloween weekend in a quaint, welcoming town. Sara and Mike were wonderful as were the local school and village for letting folks park at the school. Best hosts ever!!
