The next morning my daughter arrived and she needed a key and was given a hard time by the check-in desk saying her name was not on the reservation and they would not let her in. She had to call my Son to come and get her a key to the room. My son was already checked in and their names were on the reservation but the check-in desk said they weren’t there on the list"
