Had to travel to Athens for a family funeral. Dealing with an unpleasant travel situation was made much easier at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The only weakness I found was that the free breakfast was not as good as some other places ai have stayed, but it was still decent. If I have to return to Athens I will stay there again.

I mainly just wanted a hotel that had an indoor pool so my daughter could swim and a decent breakfast. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub, and they had sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. for breakfast. The room was more than spacious, clean and comfortable, so mission accomplished.

Location is not ideal -- you must drive to everything. Cleaning was perfunctory -- no vacuuming, sink was cleaned but obvious water marks from glasses on sink counter were not wiped off. There was no hot food served at breakfast day 1, but it was there day 2. Carpeting was being installed in an adjacent room, so a lot of noise, which went on much too late. I asked about the noise at 6PM, was told there was a cut-off time, but work was still going on at 7:15. When I complained then, the staff did get them to stop the hammering, but still heard intermittent thumps for about another half hour.

We stayed here for just one night while passing through on our way home. The hotel was very nice, free breakfast is always a plus! Would stay here again if in the area.

Very clean and spacious room. The hotel was spotless. The indoor pool was perfect. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was lacking a bit and no fresh fruit. Overall and excellent place to stay at a reasonable price.

We have stayed at this hotel before. If this was our first time, we would not be returning. There was loud music until after 11:00 pm. This was probably due to the liquor store that is in the parking lot. This was not really that big a deal as it was outside and easily ignored. But when a large group came in at 2:30 am, it was not easily ignored. I understand that the hotel cannot control people, but they should do something to remind guests that there are quiet hours because others are trying to sleep. Otherwise, our stay was as great as before. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is much better than most continental breakfasts. This is a great value for the price you pay.

The staff was very nice, The room was good, Great location. Perry's Liquor store was a really nice & upsale place. Located on the same parking lot. Cons: Please be prepared to bring your own towels & sheets. This Hotel charges for ALL stains & spots to their towels, sheets & pillow cases. So if you are traveling with kids, this may NOT be the ideal Hotel for you.

In town helping to move a family member. Great value. The breakfast was included, but fairly average. Reasonable rates. The room was relatively large and comfortable. The room was very clean, including the bed, furniture and floor. The floor was clean enough to walk around the room in socks and they didn't turn gray or black. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was nice & clean and staff was very friendly. Would stay here again if in town.

Had to ask for replacement items - toilet paper, klenex but one of the rooms number 304 was dirty - trash on the floor - dart and chinese straw toys. Breakfast food Bad

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendy.

Nice clean hotel that is very convenient to downtown and UGA Campus. This would be a great place to stay for trip to see games, has liquor store in parking lot! Staff very helpfull and friendly.

Although hotel was very new and had a great coffee house feel and look, the beds and bedding were old looking and very uncomfortable...and squeeked! The pillows were lumpy and cheap feeling! I couldn't believe it! it is a bit of a drive to get to food establishments but the area is pretty and great for a quieter stay! It is also easy access on and off the by-pass. The use of the hotel computers and internet was quick and easy. There are many good things to say about this hotel, and I really hate that the beds were SO bad, because I would have stayed there again...but when you get a really bad bed, who wants to risk it?
