We originally booked the hotel because my son was in an accident and hospitalized. However he was discharged and we wanted to cancel the reservation but we were unable to cancel due to Expedia cancellation policy. Kipp offered to give us credit to use on a future stay from the property itself however we did not have any plans for a future stay so we decided to stay the night. The room was adequate. Parking was limited. We missed the breakfast but the morning desk attendant made coffee for us

There was a beer left in the fridge from previous guest & The AC in the room was loud. Outside noise (traffic) was loud all through the night. Housekeeping came in on our 2nd day & only left 2 towels. I had to call the front desk for wash cloths & toilet paper. We had our own soap etc. Parking space was tight for our full size truck.
