Loved this place!

We loved this place! It was well furnished and decorated really well. Everything was clean. The parking behind the place is an added bonus.Check in/out was extremely easy and the host was very communicative.The neighborhood doesn't look the best but don't let that detract you from staying here.

Great place to stay

The location was great for what we needed. The house was very clean and they definitely went overboard on amenities. Everything you could need was there amd more. We will absolutely be booking here when we visit Lexington again next!

The house itself was wonderful, and the owners responsive. However, I was very surprised by the surrounding area. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe whatsoever. I also did not feel comfortable to have guests over, which was my sole reason for renting this specific property. This property in another location would be delightful. On a more positive note, the owners were responsive to my questions and were flexible when I thought I would arrive a few hours earlier. It would be nice if there was a coffee maker with pods rather than a drip, as well as available creamer, even dried, for coffee rather than just sugar. Overall, I can't recommend the property due to the security of the surrounding area and that nothing in the property description indicated as such. The omission of this information is not appropriate as it is obvious upon arrival. I had to have my two sons and his friends come in the front door and leave through the back so neighbors wouldn't know I was in the property alone.

UKY graduation Family Celebration

The house was just perfect for our group! After graduation we all came to the house for a celebratory family dinner. We had a wonderful stay. The home is well appointed and decorated so cute. All the beds were very comfy. It was a perfect stay and we will use again when returning to Lexington.

Great home!

The home was perfectly situated for enjoying both the event at the Kentucky horse park and for dinners out in downtown Lexington! Very well equipped. Walking distance to trendy bars and restaurants nearby. Easy driving into downtown for more excellent food and fun. We would very happily stay here again and hope to next year!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

UK BB game with family

A perfect bungalow

We absolutely loved the place. There were a couple of local bars we could walk to . It was great place to tour the bourbon trail from. The kitchen was fabulous for our Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It’s close to the university and downtown. A perfect location. We will stay here again when we visit again.

Amazing Getaway Place!

As a group, we came down to celebrate our sons and their Senior Year at UK. The house was perfect for our weekend. It was spacious for us to gather for a mini-happy hour before going out to dinner. The house was VERY clean and with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for the five moms. The owner made sure we had everything we needed, and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Adorable Shotgun House

Absolutely Loved this home. Lots of attention to detail, and very clean. Shevawn was super. I have had several VRBO's in the past, and this home was a wonderful surprise. Will be back. Thank You for a great stay !
