Really liked the style and design of the hotel and the room.
The person who checked me in ran my card three times. When I came back down to get my luggage after looking at the room, she told me she needed to have my card back so that she could run it again. I checked on my phone in my account had a pending charge from the hotel for the correct amount. I showed her, the bank statement showing the pending charge, and she insisted that she had to have the card again to run another time because she claims she did not have a record of it I am uncomfortable, not knowing if I will be double billed.
