Room not cleaned after first night if two night stay.

The surrounding hotel was doing some work and it ate up the parking for this hotel. Very disappointed and I had to park in another business' parking lot.

The staff was great - However, our floor in our room was wet. They said it was from the Air Conditioner but the entire room's floor was damp. Even the paper on the desk was damp. They did not move us to another room - Felt damp all night. They are also remodeling so the breakfast area was not available but they did offer to bring food to your room in the morning. They have a room converted for "cold" food items So, that is available. I would not stay there again.

Nothing terribly wrong. Staff at check in was very polite and helpful. Morning staff during check out were not really helpful. I needed a receipt for business expenses and they could not produce any documentation of my stay. The desk attendant offered me a blank sheet of paper with no letterhead or room information. I also ate breakfast in the dining room and asked for some ice and she told me to go down the hall to the ice machine. Not a huge deal, but I had a cast on my foot and it was not a short walk. The hotel kitchen was just off the dining room. Overall very clean hotel. One of the beds in my (unnecessary) handicapped room had a broken frame. I used the fitness room to work out and the TV had no remote. I asked about it and was told to change it by hand. Also, the morning supervisor took a call at the check in desk of an employee who had not shown up for their shift. HR issues should be dealt with in the office away from hotel guests.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm, well after check-in time and they did not have a room ready for us yet. Upon returning later we recieved our room and requested refrigerator, but it was clumsily set at the bottom of one of the beds. The beds were uncomfortable for my whole family and the pillows were awful. Also my sheets kept coming off the matress in the upper corner that I was at. The only staff that I interacted with was the front desk and she was pleasant and kind. Cleanliness was as expected and the pool looked maintained. Over all we were pretty disappointed with the comfort though and will not be staying there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location while visiting son and his family. Already have another trip booked for summer. Great hotel, good location, and amenities. Good overall hotel.

good location for traveling to airport and the homes of relatives

I've stayed at a number of Hampton Inn hotels recently, and generally find them to be clean and comfortable. The Lexington location is very close to the YMCA - which is why I chose it in the first place, and convenient to a number of restaurants. The free breakfast is worth what you pay for it - but I generally don't take advantage anyway, so no deterrent.

The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful all around. The complimentary breakfast was great. Used the fitness center and pool. Room was spotless and VERY comfortable. Great location. Wonderful was to experience Lexington!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The fitness center was a little weak. I enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
