Great hotel and great price. Restaurants within walking distance. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast is decent.
At check in I was assigned a room already assigned to someone else. Their purse was in the room. I was in there when they returned. It could have gone bad.
This hotel needs to be upgraded.. renovated.. remodeled.. updated.. and so much more.. the breakfast was okay.. the usual American breakfast.. everything was so outdated.. I’m disappointed and won’t go back there til they do something about it..
It was a great place for a family trip.
Quick and easy check in
Freeway noise was really loud and bed not comfortable. If those were better then would be a great place. Clean and nice rooms we just couldn't sleep.
We stayed a Hyatt Place, because of their predictability. We were placed in a room at the very end of the hall on the third floor. This room was not not figured like most Hyatt Place rooms. The couch and desk were not separated from the sleeping area. The TV wouldn’t turn fully towards the couch. There was no wet bar. The plugs and electrical fixtures near the TV were inoperable. The room was obviously squeezed in with a poor design. Also there were no housekeeping services for the three days we stayed- we constantly had to ask for fresh bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and even toilet paper. The breakfast was fairly good with one meat (bacon or sausage) eggs, breads and bagels, fruits, oatmeal, juices and milk. The elevators were very quick and clean. Would not d see ray there again with so many other choices available in area. The price was a little steep.
The hotel is right on the highway and it is therefore very loud in the rooms. The sound of cars is constant day and night. My fault I guess for not doing better research. The shower is also very week . Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is decent and includes bacon and scrambled eggs ( from a bag), oatmeal, fruit, breads, juices. Rooms have a nice layout, beds comfortable and coffee maker in rooms. Unfortunate about the noisy rooms.
It was a pleasant stay with lots of room.

We only stayed 1 night, but the Hyatt Lexington was great! Friendly staff, clean room and overall facility and the complimentary breakfast was decent — considering with COVID. We will definitely be back!

Greetings Kristin,I do apologize that happened to you. That is a very rare instance that can happen anywhere that you stay. I'm not sure how that happened but I will let my team know so they can work on making sure that doesn't happen again for future guests. I hope that you don't judge us entirely off of that one mishap and give us another chance in the future. We are always improving daily.Best regards,-JC Cox(Assistant General Manager)

Greetings Shawn,I do apologize that your room was kind of noisy. This is an issue that we have with our even numbered rooms due to our glass not being sound proof. We could have switched you to another room if you had reached out to our team at the front desk that is there 24/7 for issues like these ones when they do occur. We are also working on getting our windows sound proofed but this is a process that will take some time and a lot of funding to complete. I hope that you understand and give us another chance the next time that you are in the area looking for a place to stay. You can also request a quiet room when making the reservation by calling the hotel directly to modify your reservation once it has been booked through Expedia. I hope this helps.Best regards,-JC Cox(Assistant General Manager)
