Better than average business hotel but real thin walls. Heard kid crying for a good 20 minutes. They have a nice desk with phone and work light but no extra outlet for the laptop. Had to unplug the phone to get an outlet.
We were surprised to learn from the staff that the hotel rooms are being renovated. We found it to be clean, quiet, and very comfortable as is. Very pleased with our stay.
I could not believe the look and comfort that I receive from staying at this place. Yes I am very picky but the stay and room was great. I would come back again.
just what we needed for a quick trip back from Chicago. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience.
Computer was froze up during check in. Staff called room @ 12 am to see if we had chcked in.
Hotel room was not clean, hair was found stuck to the wall, the hotel staff was rude and breakfast was horrible.
Bed was most comfortable ever! Staff was nice except whoever checked me out. Breakfast was average but free. Luckily had a room away from the interstate.
Arrived around 9pm with kids. Plenty of space with 4 kids and the room was clean. Overall nice stay
The staff were welcoming and organized. The breakfast and in hotel food options are attractive and the wifi signal was solid and allowed interruption-free work in the room.
We were just passing though the area. Booked online last minute. Arrived and checked in without issue. We were able to get breakfast and get moving in the morning as planned. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, clean and well thought out.
I've been wanting to try a Hyatt Place and I'm glad I finally had the chance to stay at the Lexington location. The staff was very friendly. The shower was huge. The breakfast was good and set up well. You could even eat outside. We had dinner at Malone's, like other reviewers, and highly recommend them as well.
We had a lovely stay. We were in town for a weekend get away to celebrate our 31st Wedding Anniversary. This is the first get away we have taken to celebrate an Anniversary. We took the Thoroughbred Tour as well as Shaker Village. Fell in love with Lexington and would definitely go back and stay at the Hyatt.
This was my second time at a Hyatt Place. Each visit has had top-of-the-line service
I will call Hyatt Place the best road side motel around because that is what it is. It is not much different than Day Inn except that everything is a bit nicer here. I feel the Hyatt is trading on their good name here as the place wasn't quite up to Hyatt standards but did charge a regular Hyatt rate. I think I may have been better off at the motel next door. Also, the noise from the highway outside my window could have been better abated.
While first impressions were wonderful the room was definitely lacking. Towels would benefit from some fabric softener. Bed needs replaced. It's either very old or had many very heavy people on it because it sagged toward the middle causing me back pain the whole week. The shower head is a rainfall meaning no water pressure, I never could get all the shampoo out of my hair. The key cards failed repeatedly and 2 days before checking out the door lock failed. We thought it was the key again but the door would not lock. Housekeeping skipped us because they thought we had a do not disturb. Breakfast was fine, distance from Ky horse park not bad. It would be nice if they kept a coffee pot on for late night returnees.
It was very pleasant. good location. close to everything. very clean
