We stayed at Chateau Annette last night and could not have been more thrilled, money and time well spent. The property is simply beautiful and relaxing. The owners Ben and Annette are wonderful people who truly have a passion for serving others. Their bed & breakfast is artfully decorated inside and out, with an attention to detail that is truly impressive. Feels like a secluded getaway but still in the city. We spent time walking the property, relaxing in the main house, and eating some of the delicious food they prepare. This place is really something to experience if you want a place to unwind and be around some incredible people. I cannot recommend spending a night with these people highly enough! Go stay and enjoy.

Stayed here for a friend’s wedding with the bridal party—it was beautiful! Gorgeous views of the surrounding horse farms, plus it’s in the perfect location for both the airport and Keeneland. Lexington is a little far away, but it’s not bad and made up for by the views. This is truly a luxurious place to stay; all of us in the bridal party felt like royalty! Also, Annette and her family hosted and catered the rehearsal dinner. It was the perfect place, lots of space for guests, and the food was out of this world delicious—highly recommend!

Chateau Annette is a beautiful inn nestled among the rolling hills of Kentucky horse farm country. The bedroom suite was very large and contemporary. Sitting on the back porch looking out over the trees and listening to the creek go by was so relaxing. A complimentary wet bar complete with glasses, ice, water and a selection of bourbons was an added treat. Innkeepers Ben and Annette are entertaining, engaging hosts. They strike the right balance between visiting with the guests and giving you plenty of private time and space to enjoy yourselves. It’s called a Bed & Breakfast but don’t miss the chance to have Ben cook dinner for you. We ate dinner two nights and it was phenomenal. He loves to cook and you can taste it in his dishes. If you’re ever near Keeneland, Chateau Annette is well worth a stay. .

We had such a great experience stay at Chateaux Annette! Awesome couple Ben and Annette who owns and runs the place ! Their hospitality was so warm and inviting ! House was kept immaculate and they even treated us to a home cooked meal! Bravo Ben ! Annette! Breakfast daily was excellent ! Made to order ! We even got to experience Keeneland horse racing courtesy shuttle by Annette! Wow ! What a treat! Will definitely return and recommend them to our friends ! Beautiful home awesome location and thoroughly a very warm and friendly family ! Merci Ben and Annette!

We stayed in the Dream Suite which was huge. Bath was very roomy and the walk in shower was just right. Breakfasts were great and very filling. Quality throughout. The location was just right as it was out of the city but just enough to know you were in beautiful country. The best part, however, were the two hosts Ben and Annette. We could have sat and talked with them for hours. Very interesting as well as helpful couple. We were sad to leave them. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic B&B. We were in town for a long weekend and this was a perfect location. The B&B is beautiful, the rooms fantastic, the owner is a wonderful host. He recommended local places to eat and visit. He prepared an amazing breakfast each morning and was very fun to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Lexington area.

Our stay at Chateau Annette was memorable! We stayed in the Creekside suite and had a private patio overlooking a peaceful stream with ducks and nearby deer. Super comfy bed, cable TV, quiet area tucked away from the common areas. Note that this room is not en suite, but since its at the end of a hallway the bathroom was 2 steps across the hall and incredibly private (really, no robe needed!). Our host Ben truly made our stay memorable - many gracious surprises and a dream breakfast with lots of interesting conversation! Love this place and its hosts - we'll be back!

Very nice bed-and-breakfast nestled in the countryside near to Lexington Kentucky. The room was wonderful and the views are beautiful. The owner also very interactive and a great cook! Hope to stay there again when we are back in Kentucky.

Chateau Annette is truly a gem! The outside setting is beautiful and private, with a beautiful sounding river at the rear. The inside is luxurious, and at the same time, comfortable and cozy. Our room was huge, beautiful, and with a private bathroom. The comfort of the bed was out of this world, and truly high end. The large LCD TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, seating area, luxury furniture, and dedicated A/C were the icing on the cake! We stayed there four nights and hated to leave. The owners, Ben & Annette, live onsite and they make you feel welcomed. The huge and beautiful kitchen has two of everything and it is where Ben makes the tastiest meals. His meals could easily belong to a 5-star restaurant. While in the kitchen enjoying the gourmet dishes, you are surrounded by large windows and magnificent views of the rolling hills and trees! We travel a lot, and without a doubt, Chateau Annette was the most delightful place we have ever stayed. We cannot wait to go back! We strongly recommend Chateau Annette for a quiet and quaint getaways, yet very accessible to shopping, the airport and the Keeneland Racecourse. A place to rough it up in luxury!

This is our second stay at this fabulous B&B! This is a unique place, as Ben & Annette basically open their home & property to their guests. We traveled with our adult children & were catered to beyond our dreams. This time, my husband & I stayed in the "Dream Suite!" It was gorgeous! Ben cooks amazing breakfasts & is the sweetest host ever! This is the second time he has ferried us to Keeneland. He also let us bring our grandchildren for a fishing adventure on Elkhorn Creek which runs though his property. While their guest are there, Ben & his family stay on another wing of the house. This gave our family complete excess to their gorgeous living area. Thank you Ben & Annette. My husband already wants to book your property for next year!
