Parking was great. There was no pet friendly area to take them potty. The room that I booked was suppose to have a separate area for sitting. Pictures showed a 2 room area with a couch and chair. The room we received was NOT as pictured. When I asked the lady at the desk she said they only had two rooms like that in the facility and she had just rented the last one to the gentleman in line. That was AFTER I checked in. I had 2 dogs so a smaller room for 2 days was challenging and cramped. The air conditioning didn’t work, just the fan and I couldn’t get the room to cool past 73 degrees. The water in both sinks worked good. Hot hot water in both. However the shower, not so much! The water barely reached Luke warm. All in all very unsatisfying experience. On top of one elevator that in the mornings you couldn’t really use with a long wait and trying to maneuver around tons of housekeeping and huge carts. Housekeeping also cleaning the main lobby in the mornings when people are trying to get coffee or check out. Staff was friendly but not helpful and even made us find our own luggage cart
