Unit 5B - CANAL PLACE IS CLOSE TO TOWN AND THE BEACH WITH A COMMUNITY POOL!

Wait until you see this beauty! The open floor plan of this townhome in the Canal Place community is great for family gatherings while on your vacation. The gourmet kitchen will be your favorite spot to chat over coffee. The entrance level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a converted garage that can be use as a hangout spot for movie watching. The third floor has a wonderful master suite with a full bathroom.

Take an afternoon break on one of the many balconies or take a dip in the community pool. This is where the outdoor shower is located.

Canal Place is the perfect location for a stroll to town or a walk to the beach.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
