The noise was absolutely horrible at night and I reported it to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I have stayed here a few times and this was the worst. And I run a cleaning company and they need to step up when it comes to things being “clean” I don’t appreciate the hair in my bed.. that is just simply unacceptable.

The hotel was old and unclean. The lighting in the room was poor, there were bugs present, and overall it gave me an uncomfortable, itchy feeling. At check-in, I was informed there was no king-size bed available, even though I had booked one in advance. The staff simply said they didn’t know why I was able to book it and asked if that was “okay.” Since I was checking in at night before an early event the next day, I wasn’t exactly in a position to say “no” and find another place to stay last minute. The hotel made no effort to remedy the situation beyond shoving me into another room that was not an upgrade. Overall, was definitely disappointed with my experience and felt like a Super 8 would've been a better choice.
