T3 Les Héliades Les Sables d'olonne
Appartement très spacieux, très clair, très bien décoré, super équipé en vaisselle (rare) et cuisine. Parking au pied de l'immeuble bien que compliqué entre les courtes durées et les longues durées et cher compter 18.50 par jour. Commerce et halles à 2 pas. Nous sommes enchanté.Difficile de noter le gérant immobilier qu'on a pas vu à l'arrivée, appels 3 fois sans pouvoir avoir la bonne personne. Pas de contact donc pas d'explication sur rien. Par contre on a reçu 4 ou 5 mails pour les paiements : là ça marche très bien.

Oui mais...
Appartement idéalement situé et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie. Malheureusement, cette vue ne suffit pas à justifier un tarif de 1000 euros la semaine. Propreté douteuse, canapé-lit cassé et inutilisable, lavabo bouché en permanence et à la plomberie on ne peut plus bruyante, traces d'humidité présentes sur tous les murs de l'une des chambres, équipement désuet et insuffisant...Bref, un appartement qu'il est urgent de rafraîchir si l'on veut que ses prestations correspondent au tarif demandé.
