- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A shared (heated) and secure swimming pool, open in summer and winter.
- A shared sauna, open in summer and winter.
- A south-east facing balcony of approximately 5 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Hit the trails on a mountain bike at the Les Orres bike park, suitable for all levels.
- Experience the thrill of sledding on the L'Orrian Express rail sled, accessible from 3 years old.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. Paid parking is also available at the foot of the residence. Underground parking can be reserved through the Agency des Orres. ⚠ Work currently underway is affecting access and parking availability.
