THE SPACE

The apartment sits on the ground floor of the Tete Rousse building with direct garden access - and that garden leads straight onto the piste. No walking, no shuttle buses, just step outside and ski.



The practical layout works perfectly for one or two families or a group of friends. Travel cot and highchair available on request.



THE LOCATION - SKI ACCESS

The piste literally starts at the end of the garden. In the morning, step out and ski down. In the afternoon, ski back to your door. The Prarion lift provides quick access to the summit of Les Houches ski area, offering user-friendly terrain for all abilities including the legendary Kandahar World Cup downhill run. Les Houches is known for staying open even during heavy snowfall when other valley stations close - reliable snow and excellent tree-lined skiing.



THE LOCATION - SUMMER

The Prarion lift opens access to some of the finest walking and running trails in the area. It's the logical starting point for climbers tackling Mont Blanc via the popular Goûter Route.

Wonderful early season stay

We enjoyed a wonderful early season stay at the apartment. It’s perfectly situated right on the slope home at Les Houches. Very well equipped and decorated, the bathrooms in particular. It was an ideal base for our short break with ample space for the family to spread out. The beds are really comfortable and the pool was very welcome for the kids entertainment. We will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting us!

The place is located just in front of Montblan offering an incredible view of Aiguille du Midi. The garden surrounding the building is beautiful end the location is close to many trails and cable cars to raise the mountain. Location top!

A great apartment, very nicely kept. The best thing in its favour is its wonderful location. It’s literally right by the piste about 100m up from the bottom station (and shops) so you can just jump into your skis and off you go, and same thing at the end of the day when you come back. We nipped back for lunch on a couple of days because it’s so easy. It has two very nice rooms for the grown ups plus a bunk room for the kids, nice shiny bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a good sized dining area, and a comfy seating area. Overall we loved it. Thank you for having us. Will B

Séjour dans la vallée de Chamonix

L'appartement est idéalement placé face à l'aiguille du midi et le Mont Blanc (superbe vue), à proximité du télécabine du Prarion (idéal pour partir en randonnée l'été). Myself and my family had a wonderful holiday staying in this property. It is perfectly situated for access to Chamonix and surrounding areas with a spectacular view of the mountains. The back door is literally on the piste and the kids and adults spent hours sledging, building snowmen and igloos in the back garden area/piste The property itself is very well equipped for everything needed and perfect for a family, small or large. Communication with Mount Blanc Retreats the property managers was excellent and we were able to access the property a few hours earlier than scheduled. We will definitely want to stay here again next year. Fabulous!

We had a wonderful ski holiday at this property in April. We were able to ski in/out right to the door and sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. With a large family there was plenty of space for everyone and the linen and towels were of good quality. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, however, shower curtains were the only things we missed, otherwise a perfect holiday home. The garage would have been ideal but we had a roof box on our car and couldn't fit in, however, we never experienced a problem finding a parking space outside the apartment blocks. I'd recommend this properly to others and look forward to staying here again in future.

Perfect place to stay!

What a fun place to stay! Our large family had a great time here. We played in Chamonix and came home and played some more! The pool was a hit and burned off much of the kids' energy. The issue with the wifi not working was dealt with and not really missed. Greatly appreciate this location and price! :)
