Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote.
If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you.
If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect.

Very serene and deep in nature. The fish in the cenote must keep the mosquitoes away because we barely saw any. Amazing variety of birds right in the trees next to our canopy level deck. There’s a rustic outdoor kitchen with fridge by the cenote. A luxury hotel would ruin this paradise so don’t expect one. I recommend bringing stuff to float on. We had the cenote to ourselves at night and it was magical. If you want a comfortable bed and hot shower while connecting with biodiversity and nature, this place is a gem. We loved the private deck and cenote. I would return and stay longer! Went in January in the off season to have the cenote to ourselves. Butterflies and birds everywhere! I even saw a tiny fox. Bring your binoculars!
